Leaseholders

• Leaseholder Services Charges

  Leaseholders are charged for communal services provided, which are invoiced twice a year.

• Leaseholder Repairs & Improvements

  Repairs for leaseholder fall between both the owner and us as landlord.

• Leaseholder Insurance

  Insuring properties is a joint responsibility. We provide buildings cover and the leaseholder provides their own contents insurance.

• Leaseholder Renting & Selling Homes

  Leaseholders can sell or rent their property without our permission. The freehold can also be collectively purchased if conditions are met.
