The Council Plan

This brings together many of our achievements over the past year and sets out a programme to improve services for the public in coming year.

The Council Plan is separated into two parts. We use a simple traffic lights system to demonstrate our performance and successes.

Part 1

This provides an overview of the Council's achievements and performance for the pevious year against a set of core targets and performance measures.

Part 2

This contains our priority programme for the Council for the next few years, including more detailed plans for the coming year.
