Lewes District Compact

A compact is an agreement between local public bodies and voluntary groups to improve their relationship for mutual advantage.

The Lewes District Compact working group delivers the East Sussex County Compact and its Codes of Practice.

It helps join working practices and thinking together. It also makes commitments on both sides, clarifies what partners can expect from each other and how to work together.
